Section 1
Abbreviation, extension and initialization

(1) The name of this Act is “Drug Act, 2035”.
(2) The extension of this Act shall be throughout Nepal.
(3) Clause (1) of this Act shall commence immediately and the other clauses shall commence from time to time in the designated areas as may be published by the Government of Nepal in the Nepal Gazette.
